Since I do not have any time to compile the latest openChrome driver and to publish it here, I wrote a very easy to understand openChrome compilation howto which can be found at

Although it is being located at the Ubuntu wiki, it should also work on Debian and other Debian based distributions like Kanotix and Knoppix.
